May 14 meeting...don't miss it!

Please join us at our next scheduled meeting on Monday May 14th at 6:30 p.m. in Corbett Hall.  Our guest speaker will be fellow parishioner Bill Curran, who will share his uplifting personal story.  For dinner, we’ll be serving “Food for the Soul” – soul food highlighted by ribs.  You will not want to miss this talk or this dinner!!  As a reminder, if you bring a first time guest, both you and your guest eat for free.  So come help us pack Corbett Hall and enjoy a night of good food and great fellowship.

About Monsignor Paul Reynolds

We admired his tireless work as a man of God and his unfathomable ability to lead, inspire and change lives for the better.  Monsignor Reynolds had a tremendous love for nature and loved outdoor sports.

Father Christopher W. Monturo said it perfectly:

“Father Reynolds bore the presence of something greater than himself, a palpable love which drew people to him and which gave hope and life that will, no doubt, last long beyond his death.”

He will be sorely missed but never forgotten.

Msgr. Paul Reynolds Memorial Seminarian Donation

In 2011 the Men of Saint Brigid donated $15,000 to help Seminarians make ends meet during their training in honor and memory of Monsignor Reynolds.

This year we’ve created a way for all parishioners to donate for this very worthy cause in memory of Monsignor Reynolds.  In our Golf & Tennis registration section we’ve created a special donation section for this cause where 100% of all donations made will be donated in Monsignor’s name to support and sponsor seminarians.

For more information please visit our Golf / Tennis section

Send us your prayer requests

MOSB is looking for prayer requests from all that need them. We'll collect them, and encourage all congregants to pray for your special needs. Then, once prayers are answered, we'd like to publish those as well. So send your prayer request and answered prayers to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . We'll post them on the website regularly.

The Gift of Forgiveness

If we acknowledge our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive our sins and cleanse us from every wrongdoing.  (1 John 1:9)

The Lenten season is a great time to take advantage of one of the true gifts of our Catholic faith – the sacrament of Reconciliation.  For some of us it’s been months (and in some cases years) since we’ve received the grace that comes with fully confessing our sins to a priest.  Reconciliation times are Saturdays immediately following the 9:00AM Mass and on Wednesdays from 6:00-7:00PM.

About the Men of St.Brigid

The mission of the Men of Saint Brigid (MOSB) was founded on bringing glory to God and the advancement of His church through spiritual and social enrichment, as well as through service to those in and outside the St. Brigid community.  Formed in 1999 as one of the first few ministries at Saint Brigid, this mission continues today.
